Each of these bands is formed, soldered, and polished by hand, and is joined with 9K/14K/18K plumb gold solder to ensure highest possible gold content and a matched seam.

Q: How can I determine my size?
A: We always suggest stopping by a local jewellery store for the most accurate sizing, as sizing taken at home may not be perfect.
Q: Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
A: All the diamonds and gemstones used in all our products are ethically sourced.
Q: Is this item Real Gold or plated/vermeil, Will it tarnish and change colour?
A: All our products are 18k Solid Gold, it will not tarnish or change colour.
Q: Is the Diamond / Gemstone real or Lab-Created?
A: All our Diamonds and Gemstones are completely natural and Earth-mined. We do not sell anything that is not genuine.
Q: Can this order be customised?
A: We can absolutely customise the item, such as replacing the gemstones with a different one, or slightly edit the design, please inquire.

To keep your jewelry looking brand new, remember these simple tips:
-For thorough cleaning, use a combination of warm water and mild dish detergent - gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush.
- Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives coming in contact with your jewellery: hairspray, bleach, chlorine, toothpaste, etc.; exposure will dull the shine of precious metals over time.
- Examine your jewellery regularly for loose prongs and stones. If you feel a stone may be loose, contact our customer care team and refrain from wearing your jewellery until repaired.
- Remove jewellery before physical activity and store it carefully.

Shipping Time
All our jewellery is handmade in our London based workshop, please allow up to 21 business days for the ring to be made with care, and posted via special delivery.
Returns
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact us with your order number within five (5) days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within: 14 days of delivery (must arrive in our studio within 14 days of its delivery).
The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
-Custom or personalized orders
-Full Eternity Bands
-Used Jewellery
Conditions of Return
-All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.
-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.
-The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
