Ultimately, it was my father and studying computer science that gave me that extra push to carry the family custom made jewellery business online and start my own business. I combined my passion and training in computing with my knowledge of jewellery and began 3D Modelling new styles. Shortly after, I decided to open Samandar.co.uk to bring my designs to life.

Samandar is a family surname that has been passed down for generations and given to me by my father. He passed away when I was nine, but every day he serves as a constant source of inspiration and love. I named my gold jewellery shop after our surname for me as a tribute to him.

From creation to final polishing, I’m very hands on within the business. I design every piece with 3D CAD software and I handpick every diamond that is set into the jewellery to ensure that everyone fits our standards. I also mix all the gold to ensure the jewellery is made in the exact karat as intended. I’m also responsible for all the photography you see. I’m proud to say that my photography skills are steadily improving and I may just have a new hobby.

Family, art and jewellery are my passion. In my spare time, you can find me spending time with my family other friends. My main hobby is my job, where handmake every piece of jewellery with utmost care. I’m a maker by nature so I’m not happy unless I’m creating something; I really feel that art feeds my soul.
